A meeting of the organizing committee for Academic Convocation 2017-18 to be held on December 21, 2019, at University of Sindh, Jamshoro was convened at Research Hall of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Convention Centre under the chairmanship of VC-SU Prof. Dr Fateh Muhammad Burfat; in which Secretary Convocation/Dean Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Dr. Abdullah Dayo, conveners of all sub-committees including Pro-Vice-Chancellor SU Campus Mirpurkhas Prof. Dr Imdad Ali Ismaili and other academic as well as administrative heads participated.

The conveners of various sub-committees presented reports regarding the volume of work covered by each one of them, up until then. The Vice-Chancellor expressed satisfaction over the updates shared.

The organizing committee also visited the specified venue of the event i.e. various points of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Convention Centre; inspecting the entrance and exit points, hall management plan, seating, and security aspects.
