SPLA delegation calls on SU vice chancellor, felicitates him on his appointment on the slot

A delegation of elected office bearers of Sindh Professors & Lecturers Association (SPLA) called on Sindh University vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro and congratulated him on his appointment as vice chancellor.

Led by central secretary general of SPLA Prof. Shahjahan Panhwar delegation, Prof. Altaf Memon, Prof. Liaqat Hussain Jafari, Prof. Salma Qazi, Prof. Anwar-ul-Haq, Prof. Muhammad Hanif Durrani, Prof. Javed Iqbal Sheikh and Lecturer Saeed Ahmed Abro met the newly appointed vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro at his office and presented bouquets and garlands to him after congratulating him.

On the occasion, the vice chancellor welcomed the delegation and thanked them for coming to congratulate him.

Talking to the delegation, Dr. Kalhoro said that the teachers of degree colleges had been playing a significant role in promoting education, their services in this regard he said could never be ignored.

He said that the issues of affiliated colleges’ teachers related to the university would be resolved on priority basis. He assured the SPLA delegation of his all-out cooperation.

At the juncture, SPLA delegation expressed full confidence in the leadership of the vice chancellor Dr Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro and vowed to join hands with him in order to impart quality education in the colleges and the varsity simultaneously.
