SU reviews arrangements for law examinations 2018 due on November 15 instant

As a concerted move forward towards transparent conduct of LLB part one, two and three annual examinations 2018 due on November 15 instant; a meeting was convened at the Vice Chancellor office here on Monday to review necessary arrangements. SU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat presided over the meeting.

SU Controller of Examinations (Annual) Ghulam Murtaza Siyal said all was set for the said examinations.

VC-SU Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat in his remarks as meeting president observed that since the day he had assumed office as VC, he had introduced and implemented zero tolerance policy by SU as regarded use of unfair means by the candidates during the law tests. He added he was indebted to the administration of the affiliated law colleges for their endorsement, cooperation and support to this effect.

“Cheating in examinations is like termite that erodes the very foundations of our future. Success is not possible without curbing this menace”, Dr. Burfat said.

The Vice Chancellor warned that anybody found guilty on the given count would be meted out severest possible action as per standing rules of the varsity.

Dean, Faculty of Natural Sciences Prof. Dr. Abdul Rasool Abbasi and SU academic heads of the departments/ institutes where bachelor law examinations centers are to be set up participated in the meeting.
