The University of Sindh, Jamshoro is set to host its long-awaited academic convocation for the years 2019-2023 on December 23-24, 2024 at the Benazir Bhutto Convention Center. The event will celebrate the academic achievements of graduates and scholars, providing a platform for them to receive their degrees in a formal and prestigious setting. 

On the first day, December 23, the convocation will honor undergraduate students who completed their degrees in 2019 and 2020, along with scholars who earned their M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees between 2019 and 2023.

According to the Secretary Convocation Professor Dr. Arfana Mallah, these alumni are advised to participate in a mandatory rehearsal session scheduled for Sunday, December 22, at the Benazir Bhutto Convention Center.  

She said that strict guidelines had been issued to ensure the smooth conduct of the ceremony, adding that the candidates were prohibited from bringing mobile phones into the auditorium, although parents might carry phones for capturing memorable moments with their children.

Moreover, entry to the venue will only be permitted with invitation cards, which can be collected in advance from the Institute of Sindhology.
