SU, QF ink MoU to establish Qarshi Clinics of Natural Medicine at SU campus

 An agreement has been signed between the University of Sindh and Qarshi Foundation to establish ‘Qarshi Clinics of Natural Medicine’ (QCNM) on the university campus for the health facilities and natural healthcare services to students, faculty, staff and the local community.

The agreement was formalized and signed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Sindh Professor Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman Khumbhati and the Chief Executive Officer of Qarshi Foundation Mr. Adeel Saeed Mir.

Under the agreement, Qarshi Foundation will establish, manage and operate Qarshi Clinics of Natural Medicine (QCNM) at the university campus, providing qualified physicians and free registered natural medicines manufactured by Qarshi Industries.

The clinics will offer healthcare services to university employees, their dependents, students and the general public. Qarshi Foundation will also ensure the maintenance of the clinics and retain full operational control.

The University of Sindh will provide suitable space for the clinics, along with necessary infrastructure and utilities to facilitate smooth operations. Moreover, the university will ensure security, housekeeping and regulatory compliance for the establishment and functioning of the clinics.

The agreement includes a confidentiality clause to protect patient data and allows for collaborative research on natural medicine, subject to mutual approval. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved amicably or through arbitration under Pakistan laws.
