Rally held at Sindh University to condemn Indian devious attack against Pakistan
A large rally was organized at Sindh University on Thursday to strongly condemn the recent devious attack by India against Pakistan.
The rally was led by the Vice-Chancellor of Sindh University Professor Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman Khoumbati alongside Pro-Vice Chancellor Main Campus Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Shah, Pro-Vice Chancellor Thatta Campus Professor Dr. Misbah Bibi Qureshi, Registrar Professor Dr. Mushtaque Ali Jariko, Professor Dr. Arfana Mallah, Professor Dr. Ghulam Akber Mahesar, Dr. Mubarak Lashari, Dr. Sanober Rehman Shaikh, Amar Sindhu, Dr. Mukesh Kumar Khatwani, Dr. Ambreen Khaskheli, Dr. Muhammad Younis Leghari, Dr. Ali Ahmed Brohi, Dr. Muhammad Qasim Nizamani, Javed Hussain Umrani and many others.
The rally began outside the Administrative Block (AC2), where participants raised passionate slogans such as “Modi Sarkar, Murdabad,” “Pakistan Zindabad,” and “Pakistani Fauj Zindabad,” expressing their unified stance against the deceitful actions of the Indian forces.
Addressing the rally, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman Khoumbati expressed strong condemnation of the Indian government's actions and said that Pakistan was a proud nuclear power and no external force could defeat it with such devious attacks.He said that the Modi government, along with its allies in RSS and BJP was not just a threat to Pakistan, but to peace and stability in the entire region.
He said that India's cowardly actions against Pakistan were part of a larger agenda to destabilize the country's sovereignty, but Pakistani forces and the masses always stood firm as a united nation.
“The people of Pakistan are resilient and we will not be intimidated by any foreign aggressor”, he said and added that Pakistan was not just a nuclear state but a state that will defend its land and people with every resource at its disposal.
“Modi’s government is the enemy of peace and we will not tolerate any attack on our country, our people, or our integrity”, the VC said.
The rally concluded with participants vowing to continue their support for the Pakistani armed forces and their unwavering commitment to defend the nation's peace and security.
