SU team wins Best Memorial Award at 18th Henry Dunant IHL Moot Court Competition; VC congratulates team

A talented team of students from the Institute of Law and Management Sciences, University of Sindh, has won the Best Memorial Award at the 18th Henry Dunant International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition 2026, Organised by the ICRC. The competition was held from September 21 to 23, 2026, at the Shangrila Hotel in Murree.

The successful student team, accompanied by Dean, Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Syed Sardar Ali Shah, and team coach Dr. Shabana Kausar Jatoi, met University of Sindh Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Mari (TI) and briefed him on the details of their achievement.

The members of the award-winning team were Zainab Faheem, Sania Abdul Kareem and Najaf Rafique.

Congratulating the team on winning the award, the Vice Chancellor said the achievement was a matter of great pride for the university. He said University of Sindh students had always distinguished themselves at such events and demonstrated their talent.

He said the University of Sindh would continue to provide its students with opportunities to showcase their abilities.
