SU VC inspects ongoing exams on 2nd consecutive day, says efforts to be made to titivate campus, develop research culture

The 2nd semester on-campus examinations of final year students of all batches at Sindh University Jamshoro are underway with strict COVID-19 SOPs.

SU vice chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro visited the campus on the 2nd consecutive day to examine the ongoing exams’ process.

According to details, the second semester examinations of all disciplines of final year students at Sindh University Jamshoro and its constituent campuses are in full swing in befitting manner.

The VC along with PVC SU campus Thatta Prof. Dr. Rafique Ahmed Memon, dean faculty of arts Prof. Dr. Anwar Figar Hakro, director students’ welfare Dr. Muhammad Younis Leghari and others paid a visit to Institute of English Language & Literature (IELL) and observed the ongoing exam process there. He went through the examination centers to inspect the ongoing semester exams, interacted with the students and enquired them about the pattern and design of question papers. Earlier, upon his arrival, the director IELL Prof. Dr. Tarique Umrani, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khan Sangi, Dr Ellahi Bux Gopang, Prof. Saqib Buriro and others received the vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro.

Talking on the occasion, the VC said that all the resources will be utilized to beautify the campus and ensure plantation adding that a committee would be constituted to collaborate with the plantation & beautification department in order to give a face-lift to the Alma Mater.

“We will spruce up our institution with the joint efforts of all the stakeholders; the embossing and plantation of the campus is mandatory for smooth impartation of quality education and develop research culture”, he said.
