University of Sindh Successfully Conducts M.Phil. and Ph.D. Admission Test 2026
The University of Sindh, Jamshoro successfully conducted the entrance test for admissions to M.Phil. and Ph.D. Degree Programs 2026 at the Institute of Mathematics & Computer Science (IMCS) building and other designated buildings of the University.
The admission test was conducted under the overall supervision of the Directorate of Research and Graduate Studies and the Sindh University Testing Centre (SUTC). At the IMCS examination centre, the test was conducted in a smooth, transparent, and well-organized manner under the leadership of the Director IMCS, Prof. Dr. Ayaz Keerio, with the active support and coordination of Director SUTC, Dr. Aftab Ahmed Chandio.
Vice-Chancellor, University of Sindh, Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Mari, along with members of the vigilance committee, visited the IMCS building and other examination centres to review the arrangements made for the conduct of the test. During the visit, the Vice-Chancellor inspected the seating arrangements, invigilation process, security measures, and overall examination environment.
Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Mari expressed satisfaction over the arrangements and appreciated the efforts of the Directorate of Research and Graduate Studies, SUTC, IMCS administration, vigilance committee members, faculty members, officers, and supporting staff for ensuring the peaceful and disciplined conduct of the admission test.
Director IMCS Prof. Dr. Ayaz Keerio thanked the Vice-Chancellor and the vigilance committee for their visit and guidance. He also appreciated the cooperation of SUTC, faculty members, administrative staff, and volunteers who contributed to the smooth execution of the test at IMCS.
It may be mentioned that the University of Sindh had announced M.Phil. and Ph.D. Admissions 2026 under the HEC Graduate Education Policy 2023, with the admission test scheduled for 2nd and 3rd May 2026. The successful conduct of the test reflects the University’s commitment to merit, transparency, and quality higher education.
