The University of Sindh has finalised the schedule for admissions to Bachelor's degree programmes and BS Third Year for the Academic Year 2027 during a high-level meeting chaired by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Fateh Muhammad Marri (TI) on Tuesday.

The meeting was attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor Main Campus Prof Dr Abdul Sattar Shah, Pro-Vice Chancellor Dadu Campus Prof Dr Anila Naz Soomro, Registrar Sajid Qayoom Memon, Director Admissions Prof Dr Ayaz Keerio, Deans of various Faculties, Director Finance, both the Controllers of Examinations, Director of the Sindh University Testing Centre, Director of the Information Technology Services Centre and other concerned officers.

After detailed deliberations, the participants unanimously approved the admission schedule for Bachelor's degree programmes and BS Third Year for the Academic Year 2027.

According to the approved schedule, the admission campaign will commence with the publication of advertisements on August 9, 2026, while online registration through the University Admission Web Portal will begin on August 10, 2026. The last date for submission of online admission forms has been fixed as September 11, 2026.

The Pre-Entry Test for Bachelor's degree programmes will be conducted on October 4, 2026, while the LLM Evening Degree Programme pre-entry test will be held on November 1, 2026.

The first provisional merit/selection list will be announced on November 10, 2026. Candidates will be allowed to submit objections, if any, from November 10 to November 12, 2026, after which the revised first provisional merit list will be published on November 15, 2026.

Selected candidates will deposit admission fees and submit the required documents, including matriculation, intermediate, domicile, PRC and mark certificates, from November 16 to November 27, 2026.

The second provisional merit list will be announced on December 1, 2026, followed by the disposal of objections on December 2 and publication of the revised second merit list on December 3, 2026. Fee submission for the second list will continue from December 4 to December 11, 2026.

The third provisional merit list along with the first special list for leftover seats will be issued on December 15, 2026, with fee submission scheduled from December 15 to December 19, 2026.

The fourth provisional merit list and the second special list for leftover seats will be announced on December 22, 2026, while fees will be accepted from December 22 to December 26, 2026.

The fifth provisional merit list and the third special list for leftover seats will be published on December 29, 2026 and candidates will be able to deposit their admission fees from December 29, 2026 to January 2, 2027.

According to the approved schedule, classes for the Academic Year 2027 will commence on January 4, 2027. The Vice-Chancellor directed all concerned offices to ensure timely completion of every stage of the admission process and facilitate applicants through a transparent, efficient and merit-based system.
