A delegation of Sindh University Teachers Association (SUTA) called on SU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat at his camp office to express profound gratitude to him for his positive response to their demands. The delegation was headed by Secretary SUTA Prof. Dr. Nek Muhammad Shaikh with two other frontline members Dr. Aqeel Ahmed Bhutto and Dr. Shahid Hussain Shaikh on board.
Exchanging views on the occasion, Dr. Burfat said SU was lucky to have the best, most qualified, positive, and highly dedicated faculty.
“I have always been a staunch believer of resolving all issues through mutual trust, positive approach, and honest dialogue. I am glad I have been able to solve matters relating to faculty interest in this spirit”, VC told the visiting delegation.
He said they would continue in this vein of mutual cooperation to make SU one of the finest seats of higher learning in Pakistan.
The two sides agreed to affably find a solution to remaining minor issues including examination committee reservations over allocation of duties in annual examinations through an open line of communication.
SU Registrar Dr. Ameer Ali Abro and SU Controller of Examinations (Annual) Ghulam Murtaza Siyal were present on the eve.
